Jamie has worked at the company for 15 years, started in the office completing admin work and working with and updating the software few use for water monitoring onsites. Jamie is now our Compliance manager, also a trained Legionella Risk Assessor with many Legionella and compliance courses completed within his time at Guardian.

As Compliance & Service Manager, Jamie Norton brings order and precision to our operations, just as he manages his growing family of two children. His meticulous nature extends beyond the office, as evidenced by his passions for photography, golf, and reading. Jamie’s affinity for technology, including Linux, aligns with his role in ensuring our services are up-to-date and compliant. In his leisure time, he enjoys a well-deserved pint of Boddingtons or a Sambuca.
